Windows Marketplace, Τώρα πια έχει 70.000 apps Με το λανσάρισμα των  Windows Phone  στην Κίνα, ανακοινώθηκαν και κάποια επίσημα νούμερα για το πόσες εφαρμογές μπορεί να βρει στο σύνολο στο κατάστημα apps για τα κινητά τηλέφωνα με το λειτουργικό σύστημα της Microsoft. Έτσι οι αριθμοί μιλάνε για 70.000 εφαρμογές, με μία τάση που δείχνει ότι προστίθενται 300 apps την ημέρα. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι μαζί με αυτή της Κίνας, το Windows Marketplace έχει πλέον παρουσία σε 63 χώρες, ενώ 100.000 developers είναι εγγεγραμμένοι σε αυτό. Η πιστοποίηση για μία εφαρμογή διαρκεί 3 ημέρες, ενώ οι εκτιμήσεις κάνουν λόγο ότι θα έχει φτάσει στις 100.000 εφαρμογές προτού να έχουν παρουσιαστεί τα Windows Phone 8, καθώς το ενδιαφέρον των developers παραμένει υψηλό. like if you want a windows phone :P
